All women's clothing, accessories and knitwear from UK based brand Cara & The Sky are made in the UK from vegan-friendly yarns. The versatile knitted cardigans, jumpers and sweaters are made to last year after year.
Each collection is designed in London and made in the UK, from our knitted jumper designs through to the knitted accessories.
We use a SEDEX approved manufacturer based in Leicester.
This insures that our workers are happy workers - getting paid a fair wage & work in safe environments.
We chose to manufacture in the UK specifically to support the UK made fashion industry, and it also helps reduce the carbon footprint of our garments - no airfreight for us!
Our packaging is simple, but this is done on purpose to minimise waste.
Our mail bags are made from sugarcane and are 100% recyclable, carbon neutral and made from a sustainable source.
We use two types of eco-friendly polybags that our garments are packaged in:
*EPI degradable plastic which is are 100% recyclable & biodegradable.
*90% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable.
Our branded tape is made from kraft paper and is 100% recyclable.
All our knits are vegan friendly.
We do not use any animal-derived materials or ingredients in our knitwear.
All our yarns are Acrylic/Nylon or Recycled Cotton/Acrylic blends
Any brand flyers or notes included in your parcel are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.
All our back neck labels are made from 100% recycled polyester.
Our swing tickets are made from 100% recycled card and our label cords are made from 100% organic raw cotton.
From the 2nd collection onwards our care labels are made from 100% recycled poly silk.
