Peace + Fire Silver Clay Jewellery Making Class – Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the class. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. 2. Cancellations and Refunds If Peace + Fire has to cancel a class due to reasons beyond our control (such as illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers if you can no longer attend the class for personal reasons. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person — please contact us in advance to arrange this. 3. Age Requirements Classes are suitable for participants aged 14 years and above. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult who will also attend and participate in the class. 4. Health and Safety During the class, you will be working with tools, heat sources, and crafting materials that require care and attention. All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the instructor at all times. Failure to adhere to safety advice that results in injury or damage is the responsibility of the participant. Peace + Fire will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by failure to follow safety guidance. Please inform the instructor prior to the class if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your participation. 5. Photography and Media Photos may be taken during the class for use on Peace + Fire’s website, social media, and marketing materials. You will be asked during the class if you are happy to have your photo taken, and your preference will always be respected. 6.
