Our Story
Peace and Fire is a long-realised dream of mine. As a self-taught crafter I am a magpie for all things hand made. My journey began in 2013 where at that time my main focus was jewellery making, more specifically fused glass.
I created my first candle collection in 2017, but the introduction of glass came at little later whilst researching more eco friendly, ethical and interesting ways to house my candles. A love for glass already existed and this allowed the perfect collaboration of two passions and Peace + Fire was reborn!
We wanted grow our brand ( ‘We’ meaning myself and my lovely Partner in crime Gary) and find other products that would perfectly complement our original product range. We now work with a number of indie brands that share our passion for handmade and our ethos for sustainable, eco friendly and ethical products, allowing us to offer you a selection of the very best in handcrafted gifts, contemporary lifestyle products and eco friendly beauty from both local independent makers and those further afield.
