Join us for a fun and relaxing festive candle making workshop with Peace + Fire, where creativity meets sustainability. During this hands-on class, you’ll create your very own signature candle poured into one of our repurposed wine bottles — a signature Peace + Fire touch! You’ll have a choice of beautiful festive fragrances to blend into your candle, along with the chance to craft a set of matching botanical wax ornaments, perfect for gifting or adding a seasonal touch to your home. Our classes are kept small and intimate to ensure everyone receives one-to-one guidance and support throughout the session. You’ll learn all about working with natural soy wax, cotton eco wicks, and vegan, cruelty-free fragrance oils, and you’ll even receive our secret recipe for the perfect candle finish. Your candle can usually be taken home the same evening once it has set — or if needed, you can collect it later or have it delivered once fully cured. Cancellation Policy
Peace + Fire Candle Making Class – Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the class. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. 2. Cancellations and Refunds If Peace + Fire must cancel a class due to reasons beyond our control (such as venue issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers if you are no longer able to attend the class for personal reasons. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person — please contact us in advance to arrange this. 3. Age Requirements Classes are suitable for participants aged 14 years and above. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult who will also take part in the class. 4. Health and Safety During the class, you will be working with hot wax, fragrance oils, and other materials that require care and attention. All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the instructor at all times. Failure to follow safety advice that results in injury or damage is the responsibility of the participant. Peace + Fire will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by disregard of safety guidelines. Please inform the instructor prior to the class if you have any allergies or sensitivities. 5. Photography and Media Photos may be taken during the class for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You will be asked during the session if you are happy to have your photo taken. We will always respect your preference. 6. Liability Peace + Fire will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the class, except where caused by our negligence. 7. General By booking and attending the class, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Peace + Fire reserves the right to make minor adjustments to class content, materials, or timing as necessary.
