SHIPPING & RETURNS
Welcome to Peace + Fire! We take pride in our shipping methods, ensuring your orders are carefully packaged and delivered promptly. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide the best service to earn your trust and loyalty.
If you've changed your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, our return & exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
Delivery
We currently only deliver to postcodes within the UK delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. We post the majority of our orders via Royal Mail, using a standard delivery service. Some large orders will be sent via a courier.
Please be aware that at peak times of the year, such as Christmas, there may be a longer dispatch and delivery time.
Returns
If you have an issue with your order please get in touch by email (peaceandfire@outlook.com) within 48 hours of receiving goods.
We will review the issue and do our best to help you resolve it.
If the return and refunds claims are accepted, the products should be sent back within 30 working days from receipt.
Items you wish to return must be unopened and in the original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened (especially beauty products) cannot be returned. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item (unless it is damaged or faulty) using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved and if so, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
